I’ve had other snap releases that went loose after a few rides, but the tension here actually stays put even when I’m pulling hard on the leash. The updated design feels sturdier than my old one from years ago, and it’s nice not having to worry about it popping off at the wrong moment.
The tension adjuster holds its setting through a full range session, which is more than I can say for some snaps I've had. This one clicks in place with a solid feel and doesn't loosen up on me.
