It takes up almost no room on my smock but holds everything I need within arm's reach. The magnet's grip is surprisingly strong for something so small, so my shears stay put even when I lean over.
Tiny but mighty—I clipped it to my smock and my shears haven’t budged all day, even when I leaned over the chair. Honestly forgot it was there until I needed to grab a comb one-handed.
I've had other magnetic mats that were bulky, but this one is so small I forget it's on my smock until I need it. My shears stick to it firmly and it holds them right where I can grab them mid-cut without fumbling.
