Got this for my medium dog and the soft Biothane material doesn’t rub her neck at all, even on longer walks. It’s a bit stiff out of the package but breaks in nicely after a couple of days, and the heavy-duty hardware feels solid enough for daily use.

The 15-inch length is perfect for smaller dogs, and the Biothane material feels surprisingly soft while still being sturdy. It flattened out nicely after a few days, though I wish it came in a few more color options.
